Assessor Feedback
Integrated feedback tools connect learners with tutors and assessors who understand workplace leadership, not just online content, supporting revisions and improvements through to completion.
Two Practical Pathways
Leader Study Pro supports two ILM qualification routes:
- Level 3 (City & Guilds 8723) — Leadership and Management Skills: for aspiring leaders, supervisors, team leaders and first-line managers
- Level 5 (City & Guilds 8725) — Operational Leadership and Management Skills: for operational managers, middle managers, department leads and experienced practitioners
Learners can start with a free account, choose what to enrol on when they’re ready, and upgrade to a higher qualification later for just the price difference.
Institute of Leadership Membership Value
Registered ILM learners can access complimentary studying membership with The Institute of Leadership, including leadership resources and reflective development tools. On completion, learners may apply separately for professional membership, with Level 3 supporting an Associate (AIoL) application and Level 5 supporting a Member (MIoL) application.
